#The total net value of the bill refers to the amount after deducting the used shopping coupons, member cash rebates, other discounts and shipping charges.
*Free shipping service does not include remote area surcharges and import taxes** for overseas orders, and the relevant costs will be borne by the customer.
** Import Taxes : Our item prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties and delivery destination VAT . Customers are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, taxes and destination VAT where applicable. If required by the country of destination, it is the customer's responsibility to complete the import customs formalities for release of the delivered goods.
*If the customer fails to pick up the item at the convenience store, the shipping cost (HK$40) will be deducted from the refund amount after the item is returned.
Delivery time
SISTERANN office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Hong Kong time GMT+8/public holidays excluded), if the order is successfully confirmed before 9:00 am on a working day, we will send you an order within one to two working days In-house processing and delivery arrangements. Orders may take longer to process during sale periods, holidays or inclement weather.
The delivery time will be affected by factors such as shipping arrangements, weather, and local holidays or festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, and Easter.
The actual time is subject to the delivery time limit of the shipping company. SISTERANN is not responsible for the delays caused by it.
