Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

 

1. Orders ship from our Hong Kong warehouse (excluding weekends & Hong Kong public holidays) and are confirmed on weekday mornings; once confirmed, an order cannot be cancelled.


2. Before confirmation: members can cancel under "Orders" (after cancelling, request your refund via chat — refunds are not automatic); guests request via chat during customer service hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00 HKT · closed on Korean public holidays).


3. After confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled. For returns and exchanges, see the Return Policy below (defective items only).


4. Refunds (on cancellation) go to the original payment method and take about 3–7 business days.



All SISTERANN products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except for cases involving defective products.


Exchanging Defective Items
If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service through the link at the bottom of the homepage to request an exchange.
If SISTERANN confirms the product is defective and you are eligible for an exchange, please follow the instructions provided by SISTERANN customer service to return your product within 14 days of receiving it.


*If the customer fails to pick up the item from the convenience store, the shipping cost (HK$40) will be deducted from the refund amount once the item is returned.
